We had left each other with a Volkswagen minibus surprised by the low tide, and from the water we set off again. Private Sea is a liquid album, where we have mixed different genres and influences as usual, but always with a strong rhythm & blues feel. You’ll be able to explore ten tracks, very different in terms of history and intention, we have been playing some of them live for years, but recorded them for the first time, others are brand new. The tunes bear the signature of several of us: the arrangement work was choral. This record speaks of relationships, barriers, communication, of our private sea in which we swim and which we sometimes claim. Musically speaking, we consider Private Sea a point of arrival and a new beginning as well. Recorded at Boombox Studio in Milan with Mauro Tondini (Tricarico, Alexia, Rossovivo), mixed and produced by Nicola Daino, who had already worked with us on the first album.
